August 4th 2009 'Canadian Solar PV Developer and System Integrator contracts consulting services with AMOPE'

AMOPE has entered into a consulting agreement with COU CAPITAL INC., a Toronto, Canada based corporation with its European office in Munich, Germany. COU CAPITAL INC. has been retained by Canadian Solar Income Fund LP, a Canadian investment fund with a mandate to invest in solar parks in Germany.

AMOPE will assist COU CAPITAL INC in the development, installation and construction of solar photovoltaic parks by means of project screening and selection of strategic partners and developers.

September 10th 2009 ' AMOPE will build a 30M Euro solar PV park in North East Bulgaria'

AMOPE, 25% shareholder in APAL LTD, a Plovdiv headquartered solar photovoltaic developer, established in Bulgaria on July 2008, has now completed development rights for up to 15MW of solar PV parks.

APAL plans to commence construction, for the first of the solar parks, as early as in the fall of 2009, where Spanish EPC Contractor 'Grupo AMS' will perform engineering and construction works. APAL has already identified two equity investors interested in the project, as is currently discussing take-out financing with different financing institutions in Germany and Switzerland.
