Bayerische Solar AG

Bayerische Solar AG is a German holding with investments in solar technology companies and solar power plants. We provide consultancy services to Bayerische Solar including the introduction of investment opportunities in Spain, Italy and Bulgaria, and commercialization of PV modules in Europe.

Technical Assistance to IBERINCO (Grupo Iberdrola)

Our mediation services enabled the transaction of over 20MW of solar PV modules, between the world giant General Electric and Iberinco (Iberdrola Ingenieria y Construccion), EPC of the Iberdrola Group.

Upgraded Metallurgical Grade Silicon

We are engaged in a continuous consultancy to the first Spanish UMG Silicon ingot-to-wafer factory after US based Calisolar and SPI since Dec 2007, providing raw material and technological equipment to the new factory.

Mediation between MHI and Gransolar

Gransolar, a Spanish IPP still thanks us today due to their alliance with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Without us, Gransolar would have never been able to achieve its expansion.

Other services rendered to Gransolar were related to Supply Chain. Over 15MW were acquired from photovoltaic module manufacturers such Solar Fabrik, Canadian Solar, Sharp and Shenzen Topray Solar.

Supply Chain and Mediation Services to Krannich Spain

Krannich is one of the top ten solar equipment photovoltaic suppliers in Europe, USA and Korea, and is the leading Spanish solar photovoltaic equipment distributor in Spain. 

We maintain a continuous supply services to Krannich since May 2008, interacting at all levels from project development, system integration, sale of components and identifying end-investors for their projects.
